For the cactus lovers Shayana decided to create a pack with the seeds of the 3 most famous psychoactive cactus around: Peyote (Lophophora williamsii), San Pedro (Trichocereus pachanoi) and Peruvian San Pedro (Trichocereus Peruvians).

Peyote, native of Mexico, was one of the first hallucinogens to be discovered by the Europeans and to be chemically analyzed. Peyote contains mescaline (name coming from the mescal buttons from where the alkaloid was extracted) which is responsible by the visual hallucinogenic effects of this cactus.

San Pedro cactus represents one of the most ancient of the magic plants of Peru, being the principal “magical” herb known and used by the shamans. Its main psychoactive ingredient is also mescaline. This cactus is very easy to grow, can be propagated by seeds or cutting and can grow as tall as 6 meters.

Peruvian San Pedro is a close relative to San Pedro and originally is found almost exclusively in Peru at altitudes of around 2,000 meters. It is said that the mescaline concentration of Peruvians is as high as the one found in Peyote. Peruvian San Pedro grows even faster than the San Pedro when it is watered daily.

Usage

These seeds are for cultivation and not for consumption. All three cactus contain mescaline, a powerful hallucinogenic that can induce visual, colourful hallucinations.
