Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute items should selected items be unavailable, unless you request us not to do so. Although we will always try to cater to your requests, an order can only be fulfilled at the discretion of ShayanaShop.com. For example, if you were to make an order of 6 items which would use up the entire stock, ShayanaShop.com may only deliver 5 items.

3. Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and a refund will be issued. To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

4. Delivery

The available delivery methods are local Postal Services, which is our standard delivery method and registered mail, which is our express delivery method. During the process of ordering products or items, there will be a delivery charge according to the shipping method you have chosen. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified by you on the completed order form. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so, in part or in full, due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment

You can pay through any of the available payment methods provided at the checkout of your order, which depends on product and or location. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

6. Compensation Policy

Most orders arrive before the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your order in this time, don't worry as delays do occasionally occur. Please wait 20 working days before you contact us to let us know you have not received your order. We will not be able to assist you before this time. Requests for compensation will no longer be accepted once 40 working days have passed from the date the order was shipped.
