Usage

Quick: Add 2 heaping scoops of Pro Complex™ APS powder to a blender filled with 8-12 fl. oz. of water, nonfat milk, or your favorite beverage. Add several ice cubes and mix on highest speed for 45-60 seconds. For a quick meal, try adding high-energy ingredients like fresh frozen fruits (strawberries, bananas, etc.), peanut butter, flaxseed oil, unflavored yogurt, and/or slivered almonds to your Pro Complex™ APS shake. Stacked with other supplements including creatine, glutamine, taurine (e.g. CGT10), and BCAA powders, Pro Complex™ APS is an even more incredible post workout recovery product.

Quicker: Add 2 heaping scoops of Pro Complex™ APS powder to a shaker filled with 8-12 fl. oz. of your favorite beverage in a shaker cup. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.

Quickest: Pro Complex™ APS is INSTANTIZED to mix easily and completely with a spoon. To enjoy, simply add 2 scoops of Pro Complex™ APS powder to a large glass filled with 8-12 fl. oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. Then stir vigorously with a spoon for about 20 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. Tip: For a thicker, creamier shake try mixing 2 scoops with 6-8 fl. oz. of nonfat milk instead of water.

Don't forget to account for the calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, and other nutrients that these foods contribute to your shake. 8 fl. oz. of nonfat milk adds 90 calories, 8 grams of protein, 12 grams of carbohydrates, and 0 grams of fat plus 400 mg of potassium (11% DV), 300 mg of calcium (30% DV) and 500 IU Vitamin A (10% DV).

To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.

Example: 220 lb. bodybuilder x 1g/lb body weight = 220 g/day
220 g ÷ 4 meals = 55 g of protein/meal.
